"Avaria of Santa Fe is a great place
to live and offers the best value for money in Santa
Fe. To begin with, the location is
excellent. The north and south sides of the town are easily
reachable and there is easy access to I-25 and the 2 main arteries
of Santa Fe: St. Michaels and St. Francis. There is a grocery store
, a post office, and some great restaurants within walking
distance.
The apartments are
well maintained and the maintenance crew does a great job. The
response to any maintenance is very
prompt.
The management is
very committed and helpful. They also try to foster a
community spirit by having various activities like Kids Club,
Garage Sales and celebrating Holidays!
The various facilties, like the clubhouse, laundry room, Gym and
Indoor Swimming Pool are well maintained and add to the pleasure of
living at Avaria!!!"

"Living at Avaria of Santa Fe
Apartments has been a pleasent experience for many reasons. I fell
a genuine sense of concern and attentiveness whenever I deal with
the staff at Avaria; But they also outwardly appreciate their
residents. They have seasonal functions that are family oriented
and have a festive celebration every summer!
The fact that there is a hot tub, sauna, and Indoor/Outdoor pool is
some of the highlights of of the apartment community. I can enjoy a
relaxing swim in the middle of winter or catch some sun by the pool
during the summer.
The apartment complex is clean and well
maintained.

friendly and upbeat . It is a pleasure to be part of the Avaria
